VASCO- The strict implementation of total lock down by the police in entire Mormugao taluka kept people of toes throughout on Wednesday.
The people were seen in their homes, without purchase of essential commodities on Wednesday. The streets wore a deserted look in entire taluka as police personnel attached to Mormugao, Vasco, Dabolim and Verna police stations implemented the curfew strictly, without entertaining anybody on streets and other parts of the localities. The scribes of different dailies were also found difficulties in covering reports in their respective jurisdictions due to the curfew.
