Alina wants written assurances on Dabolim

Though the state government on Friday floated a global tender notice for ‘request for qualification’ for Mopa airport, it is learnt that forest and environment minister Alina Saldanha has demanded that the state government get written assurances from the ministry of defence and the airport authority of India that Dabolim airport will continue as a civilian airport even after Mopa becomes functional.
